Radical Leftists in Springfield want to force gun owners to buy civil liability insurance as a condition of buying a gun! This insurance is all but illegal to sell/buy here in Illinois, meaning it will be almost impossible for us to buy a gun!
These insurance requirements are blatantly unconstitutional, and we all know that it won’t stop a single violent criminal from attacking innocent people.
But that’s not what this legislation is about. This is about making it that much harder for law abiding citizens to buy a gun for self-defense.
